We experienced another intermediate service disruption between 1:15p and 2:45p PT today. This was determined to have been caused by an unusually high volume of a specific kind of activity on our system, overworking background processing jobs and disrupting their ability to serve requests. We have remediated the issue and sincerely apologize for the disruption.
